The free draft

The website draft is free — there is no setup or design fee to see it, and no obligation to proceed. The draft is for review before you commit. If you like the draft, you choose a managed plan and we agree the pages, features and revisions before paid work begins.

Managed plans

If you go ahead after the free draft, you choose a simple month-to-month plan with no startup fee and no lock-in: Sorted at A$39/month (first 30 days free), Professional at A$195/month (first 30 days free), or Signal at A$499/month (first 30 days free). Yearly billing is optional: Sorted A$390/year (365 days plus 30 days free, then A$390/year automatically), Professional A$1,950/year (365 days plus 30 days free, then A$1,950/year automatically), or Signal A$4,990/year (365 days plus 30 days free, then A$4,990/year automatically). All prices are in AUD. Sorted is a professional one-page website with your business details, services and photos, an enquiry form and a tap-to-call button, plus website setup and hosting, help connecting your domain, and support with one small content update each month — your first 30 days are free. Professional includes everything in Sorted, plus a professional website with up to five pages (such as Home, About, Services, Our Work and Contact), photo galleries and genuine customer reviews supplied by the business, three small content updates each month, a monthly check of your forms, links and how your website looks on phones, and support when you need help with your website — your first 30 days are free. Signal is the top tier — your website handles the admin: a website built for your business, an AI chatbot that answers customer questions, online bookings for calls or jobs (with your approval when needed), online payments so customers can pay in full, automatic booking confirmations, reminders and updates when bookings change, bookings added to your calendar and a daily job list sent to your phone, and ongoing changes to your existing website. It does not promise rankings, leads or growth. Your plan starts once you approve the draft and we agree the pages, features and revisions. The monthly (or yearly) fee keeps your website built, hosted, secure, backed up and supported.

• Signal is the top tier — your website handles the admin: a website built for your business, an AI chatbot that answers customer questions, online bookings for calls or jobs (with your approval when needed), online payments so customers can pay in full, automatic booking confirmations, reminders and updates when bookings change, bookings added to your calendar and a daily job list sent to your phone, and ongoing changes to your existing website. New features and extra additions are quoted separately and agreed before they are carried out.
• If you cancel your plan, your website stays live until the end of your final paid billing period. After that, the existing managed website stays with StegPoint — it is not transferred or exported.
• You keep your own domain, your business copy and any images you supplied.
• When your plan ends, the existing managed website stays with StegPoint. If you still want a website you can ask to buy one — Paul can discuss a separate purchase agreement with you and, if you agree, he creates a fresh, handover-ready website for you as a separately quoted purchase. You can also simply stay on the managed monthly plan if you prefer.

When a plan ends

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Your website stays live until the end of your final paid billing period. After that, StegPoint stops hosting and managing the site, and the existing managed website stays with StegPoint — it is not transferred or exported. You keep your domain, your business copy and any images you supplied. If you still want a website after your plan ends, you can ask to buy one: Paul can discuss a separate purchase agreement with you and, if you agree, he creates a fresh, handover-ready website for you to keep using — not a transfer or export of the managed builder project. You can also simply stay on the managed monthly plan if you prefer. Yearly plans are charged upfront and renew automatically every year unless cancelled before renewal.

Revisions

Two revision rounds within the agreed scope are included. Further revisions or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and agreed before they are carried out.

Domain ownership

You own your domain name. It is registered in your name (or your business name) and you control it. You are responsible for your domain registration, renewal and any domain-related costs. Paul can help set up and connect your domain to your website, but StegPoint does not own, register, host or manage the domain registration for you — it stays with your chosen registrar.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). There is no setup or design fee for the draft. Managed plans are a simple month-to-month fee with no startup fee and no lock-in: Sorted is A$39/month (first 30 days free), Professional is A$195/month (first 30 days free), and Signal is A$499/month (first 30 days free), each covering your website build, hosting, SSL, security, backups and ongoing care. Yearly billing is optional (Sorted A$390/year — 365 days plus 30 days free, then A$390/year automatically; Professional A$1,950/year — 365 days plus 30 days free, then A$1,950/year automatically; Signal A$4,990/year, 365 days plus 30 days free then A$4,990/year automatically). An extra change beyond your plan’s included allowance is A$15 — one small text or photo swap. Extra pages aren’t available on Sorted — upgrade your plan if you need more pages or features. New pages, substantial redesigns and new integrations are quoted separately and agreed before they are carried out.

Design Approval Guarantee

You will see the proposed design direction before your website is finalised. If something does not match the agreed plan, Paul will revise it within the included revision rounds until it does. StegPoint does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead numbers or revenue.

Existing customers

If you are an existing StegPoint customer, your current agreement with Paul continues to apply. Any change to your ownership or cancellation terms is only made after reviewing your existing agreement and getting your agreement to the change.
